SecondCityStyle : "I have been using the SK-II Cellumination Essence Hydrating Serum for the last couple of weeks and all I can say is...wow! I can see why Cate Blanchett sings it's praises. My skintone is noticeably clearer and appears almost plumped. Like it has been moisturized from the inside out. I have noticed some of my sun spots (yes I used to sunbathe back in the 80's when it was cool) have totally disappeared. My husband even commented I look rested which is amazing considering I am up nights with a baby! I can't wait to see how my skin looks in the suggested 8 week time frame. Not only am I keeping this serum in my skincare routine, I can't wait to try more from the line!"

Sassydoll : "this moisturizer (SK-II Cellumination Deep Surge) is mainly for combination skin and dry skin. it may be a tad too oily for some users. i personally don't quite like it due to the oiliness. for combination skin, i will suggest for to use it at night if you are not comfortable with an oily face before makeup during the day. for those with dry skin, no harm applying twice a day!"

It can be used for day and night. But I have been using it only at night for nearly a month. The serum is one of the best brightening products I have tried. I was surprised that my face was soft, moisturized with a soft glow the next morning after I first used it. In a week, it did make my face slightly more even-toned and translucent.
